LESS MAINTENANCE
ONE OPERATIVE NEEDED
We've replaced the standard chain driven tilt mechanism with a smooth, hydraulic automated tilt system. Never replace a stubborn chain drive again.
Manual tilt pours at close proximity are dangerous and labour intensive. A 10m long pendant means each pour can be controlled by one operative.

TILTING BURNERS
Thanks to smart temperature set point control, burner body twin tilt and a smooth hydraulic tilt mechanism you will no longer have to remove and remelt solidified gold.
Pour at you exact temperature thanks to burner body twin tilt. It is no longer necessary to overheat to provide for the rapid cooling during pouring.
SPOUTED CRUCIBLES
RAPID IN-SITU RE-LINES
Spouted crucibles mean that there is no need for a ceramic transition piece when pouring. No more headaches associated with the expansion / contraction and wear of these items.
Kits can be provided to allow for rapid re-lines, in-situ should a repair be required. No need for troublesome castable refractories which require time consuming curing and costly visits from suppliers.
WE KNOW HOW YOU MELT GOLD
You know your ideal temperature and how long it takes to reach it. You'll monitor the furnace as it reaches set point before you manually turn it off and then pour.
Set the TF-Series melting furnace to reach your preferred set point and hold it there until you are ready to pour. No more manual heat-up and monitoring.
Other furnaces tilt independently from the burner. Mid way through the pour your gold begins to solidify leaving you with gold to remelt in you next pour.
Take advantage of burner body twin tilt. The TF-Series burner and body have been designed to tilt together so that your gold does not solidify mid-pour.
Chain movements are aggressive and jolty. Chain maintenance and repair is time consuming and unrewarding work. We know your time is better spent elsewhere.
We have replaced the chain drive with a smooth, low maintenance hydraulic drive. It is pendant operated for a smooth, safe homogenous pouring action.
